CsGenesis

A data workbench for Bizerba Labelling devices (GXNet).

The heavy-lifting tool for GX scale data: back it up, move it, clean it, compare it, repair it. Where the device gives you a tangled export, CsGenesis gives you a readable, queryable workbench — one PLU per line, a real SQL editor underneath, and the batch operations you actually need in the field.

Begun in 2013 on Connect.Support's proven connection engine — a second application aimed from day one at a far bigger problem: treating a whole device's configuration as data you can back up, flatten, clean and rewrite.

What it does

• Back up GX devices, with automatic saved backups
• Send a backup back to GX devices
• Overview of the active data selection (one PLU = one line), exportable to CSV
• Clean obsolete data — directly, or via a delete table on the device
• Combine up to ten backups into one
• Export a print list of every PLU
• Built-in SQL editor for data analysis
• Re-organise data, rectify errors and create missing data
• Start a backup from the Windows Task Scheduler
• Find missing data between backups, and compare data between backups
