A field-service companion for Bizerba labelling (GXNet) equipment.

A service tool built in the field, for the field. It brings the awkward, scattered jobs of GXNet troubleshooting into one place — testing device communication, analysing data with SQL, building and decoding GXNet headers, comparing devices and translating the cryptic bits — so you spend less time guessing and more time fixing.

Begun in 2011 and now in its third edition — around 93,000 hand-written lines, with the GXNet protocol learned byte by byte. It became the proven foundation everything else in the suite grew from.

What it does

• Test the communication between Connect.Brain and multiple devices (loop to stress-test timeouts)
• Analyse all received data with SQL queries
• Search GXNet commands and build new headers fast (Header Builder)
• Compare received GX_Net values across devices and push results back (Collector)
• Translate error codes from older GX systems
• Translate Bizerba PAZ barcode structures to readable ASCII (Barcode Analyzer)
• Run service functions straight from the PC
• Display device licenses side by side for easy comparison
• Automatically reply to any incoming data set (Automatic Dialog)
• Live-view the last incoming data set (GrabIt)
